Towards a better tomorrow – that stays as our guiding light! Hence, our work is centered around those who need enablement to ensure a better tomorrow – ‘Youth’. Our endeavour is to ensure that we help navigate them towards a mainstream path and follow-on to ensure success.

We solicit ideas from all, evaluate its merit, feasibility, potential impact and then commission projects. The project’s scope, objectives and measures are defined to guide the team and its supporters. We evaluate progress of projects periodically to learn and refine our approach.

Education

The project’s name states our clear intent. We operate this project to be a feeder and support for mainstream educational institutions. Our goal is to bridge their education gap to enable admission into formal schools. We support them till they are able to sustain themselves.

Our work in this project includes:

• Awareness: of mandate & merits of education with learners and parents
• Counselling: of learners and parents through the learning journey
• Primary KG-5 Education: for a group of young leaners joining each day
• Sponsored Education: for learners who have been our alumni

Health & Wellness

This project is aimed to enhance health and nutrition levels in children. We spread the impact of basic aspects of wellness for as many we can reach.

• Yoga: twice weekly by trained instructors from Sivananda Ashram
• Meals: distribution of one square meal daily at our center
• Awareness Workshops: monthly based on health & hygiene aspects
• Medical Check-ups: done quarterly by qualified medical practitioners
• Health Supplements: provided based on medical prescriptions

Inclusion

Under this project we help people become part of mainstream benefits & programs provided by the state, educational institutions and medical establishments.

• Enabling Identity: Driving enrolment for Aadhaar Cards and Parivar Pehchan Patra
• School Admissions: Facilitate admission process in formal schools – Amitasha (Amity Intl. School, Gurgaon), Shiksha Kendra (D.P.S. Sec-45, Gurgaon), Abha Neo Fusion Creative Foundation
• Sponsorship: Provide monetary assistance for those who can not make ends meet.
• Counselling: Providing support to deal with impact of social ills.

Opportunity

We keep a keen eye on untapped potential and interests in children in non-scholastic areas. Some potential gets discovered inadvertently while other come to us as stated interests. Our project aims to make the most out of the desire and situation.

• Arts: Conduct classes for advanced painting and present outcomes at exhibitions.
• Gymnastics: Enrol & support enthusiasts in formal training at state-of-art academies.
• Dramatics: Participate in skits and cultural programs to learn the influence of expression.
• Vocations: Provide training in vocations that lead to direct employability.
